Nowadays,the urbanization process expands rapidly and the city scale is increasing,which makes the residents travel far,long time and high transportation cost.Urban rail transit,with its many passengers,pollution-free and high punctuality,can effectively improve urban residents ' travel efficiency and reduce transportation cost.Therefore,in today's social development plays an increasingly important role in the audience.Urban rail transit can not only improve the city's transportation capacity,but also optimize the urban spatial layout,improve the regional economic level and accelerate the process of urban development.However,at present,most of the urban rail projects in China are in a loss state,which can improve the housing price along the railway,evaluate the external benefit,transform into the internal benefit of the rail transit and relieve the economic pressure brought by the urban construction rail transit.Taiyuan Metro No.2nd runs through the north and south,the place that passes is not only the biggest area of the passenger traffic of Taiyuan City,is also Taiyuan's core area.It has formed a fast passage through the north and south of Taiyuan City,shortened the time distance between the central area and the urban area,and made the new urban area district more closely connected with the central region,accelerated the development of the urban area and eased the crowding state of the central region.Has a far-reaching impact on the overall urban development of Taiyuan City.This paper discusses the influence of the construction of metro line 2 on the surrounding house price and its influence degree from the qualitative and quantitative two parts,and is supported by the methods of literature research,empirical research,qualitative analysis and characteristic price model.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Rail transit has always had an impact on residential prices along the line.(2)In space,we can optimize the urban pattern,narrow the regional differences and balance the regional economic development.(3)According to the linear regression model,the price of Metro line 2 is increased by 813 yuan per 1000 m from the distance between residential and subway.
