Research On The Performance Evaluation And Optimization Path Of The Scientific And Technological Innovation System Of Tourism Industry In Shanxi

In the era of knowledge economy,scientific and technological innovation has become an important driving force for the development of economy and society.The scientific and technological innovation capability of a country determines its status in the world general pattern.In the same way,the scientific and technological innovation ability of a country's tourism industry is an important driving force to promote the transformation and upgrading of the country's tourism and improve the efficiency of tourism development.However,the ability to play,the speed of transformation,and the realization of efficiency are closely related to the support and coordination of the scientific and technological innovation system in the tourism industry.Inspired by the theory of innovation system,this paper points out that the technological innovation system of tourism industry is composed of two parts,namely,the main body of technological innovation of tourism industry and the technological innovation environment of tourism industry.The main body of scientific and technological innovation in tourism industry can be divided into the main body of research and development,the main body of transformation of achievements,the main body of service support and the main body of management support.The subject is combined with some particular structure,and through the mutual infiltration between the main elements,the scientific and technological innovation activities of the tourism industry will be promoted together.The synergistic innovation function of the scientific and technological innovation system of the tourism industry is greater than the sum of the functions of the independent main elements in the system.On this basis,this paper combs the present situation of Shanxi tourism industry science and technology innovation system,and proposes the use of tourism industry total factor productivity as a measurement index of the performance of tourism science and technology innovation system.The DEA-Malmquist index model is used to evaluate the performance of the scientific and technological innovation system of tourism industry in Shanxi province and other cities.Then summarize the fundamental problems,the existing science and technology innovation system of tourism industry in Shanxi province is: the level of development of tourism science and technology innovation system,the main part of a serious lack of tourism science and technology innovation system,the main problem existing in tourism innovation system of science and technology foundation of the lack of investment,tourism science and technology innovation system of the overall interaction mechanism is not smooth,tourism science and technology innovation system running environment development is insufficient.At the same time,the space effect into account,using spatial panel Durbin model to study human capital,R&D investment,openness,mobile Internet usage,the third industry development level and the level of economic development will impact productivity and the spatial spillover effect of Shanxi province tourism industry.The regression coefficients of openness,mobile Internet usage,the third industry development level and economic development level all pass a significant test,and the four indicators have a positive effect on TFP.Although human capital and R&D investment have a positive effect on the total factor productivity of tourism,it does not pass the significant test.From the spatial Dubin model,the estimation results of influencing factors are as follows:(1)the direct and indirect effects of mobile Internet usage and the third industry development on TFP are both positive.(2)the direct impact of the degree of opening to the outside world and the level of economic development on the total factor productivity of tourism is significant,and the indirect effect is not significant.(3)both the direct and indirect effects of human capital and R&D investment on total factor productivity of tourism are not significant.Finally,based on the above analysis of the problems,performance and influencing factors of Shanxi's tourism science and technology innovation system,the article puts forward the specific paths and corresponding policy recommendations for optimizing the technological innovation system of Shanxi's tourism industry from five aspects.
