In the information age,companies are no longer able to gain a lasting competitive advantage by rapidly integrating new technologies into physical assets managing financial assets and liabilities excellently.In order to win the competition,enterprises need to accurately evaluate the performance,including the evaluation of intangible assets and intellectual assets.The traditional performance evaluation pays attention to the own situation,neglects the influence of the complex and changeable external environment,which is not conducive to the timely adjustment of the strategy to realize the coordinated development of the internal and external,and it emphasizes the apparent short-term performance,ignore the long-term development,So it's difficult to change the enterprise's long-term development potential,and meet the needs of development.How to provide a clear direction for system to adapt to the development of enterprises has become an urgent problem.Balanced score card is at the core of the company's strategy.It takes causality as the connecting point,combining strategy,behavior,process,and the results as a whole.It analyzes and evaluates the performance of enterprises from four levels,including finance,customers,internal processes,learning and growth.It provides an important management basis for the management and development decision.At the same time,balanced score card balances the internal and external environmental factors,and it integrates on the level of financial and non-financial performance evaluation index,combining consideration short-term goals with long-term interests of development,so it makes the enterprise gradually formed a set of scientific and effective strategy centered performance evaluation index system,promoting the development of enterprises.This article takes H department store as the object,aiming at the deficiency of the current performance evaluation index system,using the balanced score card,using SWOT tool to analyze the company strategy,drawing out the strategic map and confirming the index of four levels,using AHP to weigh the performance evaluation index.The performance evaluation index system of H department store company level,department level and employee level is constructed in turn,and the implementation of the new performance evaluation index system is put forward.
