| Space industry is a special cause,it needs high investment,high precision science and technology as the support,at the same time with high risk,the basic characteristics of the system complex,long development time and so on.In the process of development,there can not be a slightest negligence and intent.The negligence of a worker,or a small mistake in a certain link,may cause a series of chain reactions,which may eventually bring huge losses to space activities,causing serious disasters and disastrous consequences.Therefore,in the study and development,we must realize that the life of the space industry is the quality,the quality should be regarded as the core,and we must not waver,and strictly according to every step of the development,and do any fine work according to the law of science.On the basis of the theory of space quality management and quality control,this paper briefly introduces the basic situation of the quality management of the model development of our country's Space Institute,and puts forward the shortcomings in the management,including the reasons for the shortage.According to the thought and frame of quantitative control,the significance of the quantitative control of the model development quality of the Space Institute is analyzed and perfected.Then,the design of the first model of the Space Institute is designed from the aspects of the perfection of the single point fault identification,the construction and sound design criteria,the supplementary technical risk analysis method,the construction of the quantitative technical specification system and so on.The system of quality management is made.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the quality control system for the development of the first model of the Space Institute,it points out the implementation process and the tools needed to implement the quality control system,and from a unified understanding,training the related personnel,constructing the quality culture and quantitative control mode,combing the technology and the quantitative control measures of technological risk reduction,and so on.Detailed safeguards were made.I hope that after this research,we can play a positive and positive role in the quality management of aerospace hospital development. |
