Culture is the bloodline of the nation and the spiritual homeland of people.Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise as well as the cohesion of an enterprise.State-owned enterprises are the backbone of China's national economy.The construction of the outstanding culture is not only an important content of state-owned enterprise management,but also of great significance to promote better and faster development of the economy in our country.With the continuous deepening of China's reform and opening up,state-owned enterprises are increasingly faced with the fierce international competition and the challenges within the company,such as adjusting and optimizing business structure,improving the quality and efficiency of development,and achieving transformation and upgrading.It has become an important and pressing issue that how to provide the state-owned enterprises a strong support to accelerate the transformation and participate in international competition through the reconstruction of corporate culture.In this regard,the theoretical and practical circles have not yet given completely satisfactory answers.Firstly,this study has systematically summarized the theoretical foundation of corporate culture construction,its related concepts and research results of state-owned enterprise culture construction.Secondly,we have focused on state-owned enterprises D,and review the status quo of corporate culture construction especially the main problems.Thirdly,via Competing Values Framework,questionnaire surveys,and interviews and research methods,we have conducted in-depth analysis of the reasons for the existing cultural issues,and further defined the direction of their corporate culture changes.Finally,we have proposed the countermeasures for the D state-owned enterprise culture construction and drew the conclusion of this study.
