LD Co.,Ltd.is a traditional manufacturing enterprise.He has made efforts to become a leading manufacturer of electrical equipment in Guangxi by State-owned enterprise restructuring.However,in recent years,the LD has encountered bottlenecks on the way to growth and has been constrained by human resources.The LD tried to carry out the human resource management reform and implemented a series of measures to improve the current situation and promote the next stage of development.This research concentrates on LD's achievement sharing plan which began in 2015.The paper begins with the definition of achievement sharing plan,and then uses the achievement sharing plan questionnaire to study the contents of the achievement sharing plan by conducting exploratory factor analysis in SPSS22.0.On this basis,the implementation results of the LD's achievement sharing plan,which includes the specific plans for accomplishment sharing and the implementation methods and forms,was determined by questionnaire surveys.Finally,the research proposes improvements to the existing problems in implementation.In order to better evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation,the research conducted surveys of employee satisfaction and related impact effects in the company prior to the implementation of the employee sharing plan.The same questionnaire was used to measure job satisfaction and job involvement after one and a half years of implementation.The research shows that:First,the LD's achievement sharing plan includes three elements:opportunity,honor and affection.Second,depending on the achievement sharing plan,various specific sharing activities were carried out.The results of the activities were significant,and employees' job satisfaction was improved.The degree of their work involvement was also improved to some extent.Third,to further improve the effectiveness of the implementation,the LD should deal with the existing issues from the perspectives of management,and pay attention to the importance of building a shared culture,enrich the contents of "achievement sharing",and organize various forms of achievement sharing activities.
