Design And Implementation Of Profit Sharing Plan For HLD Company

Today,knowledge oriented society,enterprise pay incentive and spiritual incentive is very important to retain talent.Profit sharing plan is in line with the characteristics of these two incentives.In the past,the profit sharing plan used by enterprises,in determining the amount of profit sharing,often can not find a fair,fair and transparent and reasonable model.If you can find a way to use specific figures as evidence,to share the profits,it is more convincing.This paper based on a specific---HLD company,on the macro background and background analysis,feasibility analysis and then accompanied by HLD staff questionnaire and interview data processing,EVA is selected as the profit index,the contribution of human capital as the base of human capital and material capital peel,build profit share of the total amount of formula,then introduce amoeba sharepersonal limit model construction.Finally,we give some suggestions for the support of the plan,and extend the thinking from a specific enterprise to the small and medium enterprises.
