prevails in the society is an important reason that causes the above problems.Therefore,it is of the highest priority to form a reasonable national income distribution pattern and correctly cope with the grey income phenomenon.However,the current study on grey income is not thorough enough.It is necessary to further explain the source and formation mechanism of grey income,measure the scale,analyze the factors that affect its scale,and indicate its impact on residents' income gap.First,it introduces the background and significance of grey income selection.It also traces relevant research at home and abroad in the literature review.Then from the perspective of Marx's political economy,it points out that it ultimately stems from personal possession of the factors of production.Or based on the administrative monopoly privilege to form an encroachment on the value that others deserve.This paper believes that the direct cause of gray income is the informal institutional environment of the acquaintance society and the formal institutional loopholes in the current society.Based on this,it discusses the dynamic mechanism of grey income in China.Secondly,through the analysis of the cost-benefit of gray behavior,we believe that it is possible to establish a sound financial and supervisory system,increase the punishment for bribery and the per capita annual gray income of 30 provincial administrative regions during the period from 2006 to 2015 was 4011 yuan.Then,the gray income scale of each provincial administrative district from 2008 to 2014 was used as the explanatory variable,and per capita GDP,per capita education cost dispersion,intermediary organization and legal system environment scores,and non-state economic development scores were used as explanatory variables for panel regression.The results show that the scale of grey income is positively correlated with the size of legal income,the degree of inequality in the distribution of education resources,and the level of market economy development,and it is negatively correlated with the degree of perfection of social intermediary organizations and legal systems.Finally,the results of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined to point out the impact of gray income on income distribution pattern and residents' income gap,and propose policy recommendations: increase the investment in education costs in the central and western regions,and balance the distribution of educational resources;improve the legal system environment
