In recent years research on the income of residents has become a hot issue.The too large difference of income distribution may indicates that the distribution of social wealth is unfair,and reflect the economic growth subsequent weakness,but also explains the employment structure imbalance,and so on.All in all,the research on the difference of the income of a region's residents will help the region to reflect the results of development,and find the economic and social problems,then put forward the solution.The different distribution of the income in residents Gansu Province,reflects the province of economic and social development achievements in the past ten years,seeks components that contributes to the income differences,puts forward the solutions and suggestions in view of the different impact factors.The purpose of this paper is to explore the influencing factors of the income gap of residents in Gansu Province,and to give suggestions on how to narrow the income gap according to the characteristics of various factors.Specifically,the method used is from the income of different industries,regional income disparity,income gap between urban and rural residents and inside,as well as constructing functional income model to do further research on factors affecting urban and rural residents' income difference.Finally for Gansu Province at the present stage situation,toimprove the backward areas of education and health investment,encourage rural surplus labor flow to cities,accelerating the improvement of citizen income different industry structure etc.measures can effectively reduce the industry,regional and urban-rural income gap.
