Under the trend of globalization and the "servitization" of contemporary economy,the rapid development of service industry has become the inevitable trend of all countries.By observing the evolution of enterprises,entrepreneurs are constantly exploring and innovating on the basis of their own enterprises' gradual development,in order to achieve the goal of improving customer satisfaction..In order to effectively improve customer requirements for product or service innovation and service quality,today's service industries provide diversified and customer-oriented services,and service innovations continue to provide superior and differentiated content,thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.Therefore,service innovation is an important means for hotel industry to adapt to the competitive pressure of hotel development.How to choose service innovation and improve customer satisfaction is a new challenge in our hotels.Choosing suitable service innovation types according to the actual situation of the hotel can improve the competitiveness of the hotel.This study examines the relationship between the driving force of service innovation,the type of innovation and the customer satisfaction through empirical research,and puts forward the hypothesis according to the purpose and object of the research.And choose customers who stay in our brand hotels to issue questionnaires and collect data.Using structural equation modeling and testing hypothesis,it is concluded that cooperative ability and customer oriented dynamic ability have positive impact on progressive innovation;cooperative ability and customer oriented dynamic ability have positive influence on radical innovation;knowledge interface has positive influence on radical innovation.Incremental innovation has a positive impact on customer satisfaction;radical innovation has a positive impact on customer satisfaction.Through the research results,we can draw the following suggestions:1,establish a customer oriented service innovation driving force.2,establish a diversified platform to strengthen communication with customers.3,establish the type of individualized service innovation.This study explores the relationship between service innovation driving force,service innovation type and customer satisfaction,and examines the degree of its tightness and application.The results also show a good explanatory power of this research model.It has made certain contributions on the theoretical basis of the advanced scholars.
