Research On Construction Of Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical Performance Evaluation Index System Based On Value Creation

In recent years,China's economy has maintained rapid growth,the enterprise management level has also gradually improved.With the increasingly fierce market competition,companies face various challenges and opportunities in the industry.Under this economic environment,the importance of enterprise value evaluation is increasing,and the key point is enterprise performance evaluation.Correctly carrying out the performance evaluation of enterprises can objectively measure and judge the business performance of enterprises,help to improve the management capabilities of enterprises,enhance the profitability of enterprises,and increase the overall business benefits of enterprises.There are many drawbacks in the current performance evaluation index system based on the economic value added(EVA)and the Balanced Scorecard(BSC),the former study is limited to the financial index,while ignoring the customer,internal business process,risk and other evalue driving factors of enterprise,while the latter combines financial indicators and non-financial indicators,but it is only a simple stack of indicators,lacking of correlation between the indicators.It has obviously not adapted to the needs of business management and competitive environment in the information age.In western countries,more and more enterprises have gradually shifted their business mode from profit mode to value management mode,turning performance evaluation concept from profit view to value view,and continuously creating enterprise value,and has achieved certain results in practice.Therefore,this paper uses case study method,hierarchical analysis method and empirical research method,based on the related research on enterprise performance evaluation,from the perspective of environmental challenges and the management of the enterprise in the 21 st Century,breaking the traditional enterprise "shareholder wealth maximization" target,breaking the shackles of enterprise's current performance evaluation index system based on economic value added(EVA)and balanced scorecard(BSC),introducing the concept of value creation into the performance evaluation system of Jiangzhong pharmaceutical industry exploring the enterprise value driving factors.Based on this,determine its key performance indicators and establish a multi-dimensional and value based evaluation index system for the performance of the pharmaceutical industry,which includes financial indicators and non-financial indicators,qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators the process,indicators and outcome indicators,and multi-dimensional.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index in the index system,and to make a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of Jiang Zhong pharmaceutical industry.The basic framework of this paper can be divided into the following five parts: the first part is the introduction.It summarizes the research background and research significance of the paper,and summarizes the relevant domestic and foreign literature,and then determines the research ideas,research methods and basic framework of the thesis.The second part introduces the connotation and elements of enterprise performance evaluation,and the existing enterprise performance evaluation index system,and analyzes the connotation and mechanism of value creation,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the search of value drivers in the later.The third part expounds the general situation of Jiangzhong pharmaceutical industry and the composition and defects of its current index system,and points out the necessity and feasibility of the performance evaluation index system of Jiangzhong pharmaceutical based on value creation.The fourth part points out that Jiangzhong pharmaceutical aims at value creation and takes EVA as its core financial index,and comprehensively introduces non-financial indicators from the perspective of value creation.Finally useing AHP integration of financial and non-financial indicators,the performance evaluation index system of Jiangzhong pharmaceutical industry based on value creation is constructed,and the performance of Jiangzhong pharmaceutical industry is comprehensively evaluated.Among them,the composition of financial indicators is mainly EVA decomposition index and development capability index.Non-financial indicators mainly choose five dimensions: customers,internal business processes,learning and innovation,risk and social responsibility.The fifth part points out the problems and safeguard measures that should be paid attention to in the construction of the index system,ensuring the effective application of the index system in Jiang zhong pharmaceutical industry.In summary,the performance evaluation index system based on the value creation perspective integrated the evaluation index more comprehensively and effectively,making up the deficiency of the traditional evaluation indexes,promoting the development of the theory of performance evaluation.It provided some inspiration for improving the performance evaluation of biopharmaceutical companies in China.
