Research On The Impact Of R&D Investment On Enterprise Performance From The Perspective Of Value Creation

For the pharmaceutical industry,R & D investment plays a crucial role in its development.However,from the analysis of the current situation of R & D in China’s pharmaceutical industry,the R & D investment and R & D intensity of the pharmaceutical industry are weak,and the R & D intensity of the whole industry is less than 3%.Therefore,by analyzing the impact of R & D investment on the company’s performance,we can further improve the enterprise’s motivation for increasing R & D investment.Nowadays,the pharmaceutical industry is booming,and the pharmaceutical companies represented by Yunnan Baiyao and Hengrui pharmaceutical are developing more and more.They have significant innovation in many fields,especially the anti-tumor drugs developed by Hengrui pharmaceutical benefit a lot.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the impact of R & D investment on corporate performance.By comparing the cases of Yunnan Baiyao and Hengrui medicine,this paper first explains the overall R & D investment and performance of the pharmaceutical industry,then analyzes the R & D investment of the two companies in terms of the amount of R & D investment,R & D intensity and the existing problems of R & D investment,and selects 2013-2018 after Yunnan Baiyao and Hengrui medicine are listed as case studies Span,analysis of the impact of R & D investment on the company’s performance,combined with the analysis of the situation,put forward the corresponding suggestions.Through the specific analysis of the impact of Yunnan Baiyao and Hengrui pharmaceutical R & D investment on the company’s performance,first,from the perspective of value creation,this article returns to the essence of value creation that labor is.To study the impact of R & D investment can help information users have a clearer understanding of the R & D investment of the two companies,and provide certain basis for information users to understand the future of R & D investment in the pharmaceutical industry.Secondly,in view of the existing problems of Yunnan Baiyao,put forward corresponding suggestions,which is not only of great significance to the development of Yunnan Baiyao itself,but also of reference significance to the whole pharmaceutical industry.
