Compensation management as one of the important problems of enterprise daily management,is the key to the development of the enterprise management,managers are the pursuit of a more scientific and reasonable and effective measures for the management of compensation in accordance with the business characteristics,on the one hand can effectively inspire the staff's work enthusiasm and initiative,enhance employees' sense of belonging to the enterprise,so as to retain talent to attract talent build talent management goal;On the other hand,it can optimize the human resource structure of the enterprise itself,improve the efficiency of enterprise operation and management,and thus enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise,so as to realize the strategic development goal of the enterprise.State-owned enterprises in China occupies an important place in the modern economic society,the development and growth of the state economy is the overall course of our country economy quality,thus the compensation management of state-owned enterprises also have self-evident importance in the modern enterprise system reform under the new situation,some state-owned enterprises also actively response policy to adjust the salary management system to adapt to the development of market economy,devoid of some defects of the old system,however,influenced by some economic factors,the state-owned enterprise salary management there are still many problems need to be improved.Based on NC water supply company as the research object,through methods such as questionnaire survey findings and analysis of the company as a municipal utilities state-owned enterprises in salary management problems existed in the compensation management theory,guided by NC water supply company's strategic goals,current salary management system of the enterprise,advances some countermeasures for optimizing including enterprise pay structure post evaluation of performance appraisal adjustment suggestion to internal compensation,in order to reasonable and effective incentive employees,improve the use efficiency of human resources and ultimately achieve employees own growth and corporate strategy development win-win goal.Through investigation and research,this paper tries to provide a feasible compensation management optimization strategy for NC water supply company;to provide some ideas for the optimization of compensation management of state-owned enterprises;to provide a case for the reform of the compensation management system of state-owned enterprises under the modern enterprise system.
