A Study On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Traits And Entrepreneurial Performance Of Small And Micro Enterprises

With the the deepening of the marketization of China and the international standards of the world becoming obvious,the business opportunities is becoming bigger.At the Davos Forum in September 2014,Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council put forward the call of "public entrepreneurship and innovation" for the first time in public,set off a new wave of starting a business.Since then,entrepreneurs have sprung up.Since China's accession to the World Trade Organization,in order to fulfill the "WTO Agreement",our country has constantly improved the speed and degree of opening up,the international level continuous improvement,followed by the intensified international competition.With the deepening of the complexity of the economic environment,China's enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges,especially for China's small and micro enterprises.However,due to the lack of resources and the fierce international competition,they are often in a passive state of defense.At the meantime,they have played an extremely important role in creating more employment opportunities,improving people's living standards and so on.So the government's attention has gradually shifted to the group of the small and micro enterprises about how to promote the development of small and micro enterprises.Above all,everything makes the researchers pay attention to the characteristics of the entrepreneur's structure,and the relationship between entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial performance.From the previous research results,we can see that most of the research on entrepreneurial characteristics only stays at the level of individual entrepreneurship.As for the research of entrepreneurs,there is no good analysis of its structure,and the level of entrepreneurs directly determing the performance of the enterprise.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between entrepreneur's idiosyncratic structure and entrepreneurial performance.The results show that the structure of entrepreneurial performance and entrepreneurial performance are positively correlated.The structure analysis of local entrepreneurs in China include innovative thinking,information sharing,organization ability,learning ability and other dimensions,although the degree of the effect are different,a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance has been made.The entrepreneurial environment did not only directly affect entrepreneurial performance,but also had a moderating effect on entrepreneurial performance.This is very important for entrepreneurs to provide a reference for future improvements.At the end of this article,I present the relevant suggestions providing ideas and methods to improve the entrepreneurial ability of small and micro enterprises.However,due to various reasons,there are some limitations in this paper.In the end,the future research directions are put forward.
