Safety production is a great event that concerns the life and property safety of the employees.It is a symbol of the harmonious and healthy development of the company and a requirement for the company to practice the core values of "people-oriented".LG company is a company committed to become a world-class engineering machinery industry,put forward in the "13th Five-Year","comprehensive development strategy of internationalization,comprehensive intelligence,comprehensive solution",in order to achieve this strategic goal,we must improve safety management,improve the safety production level,to provide a healthy and safe and comfortable working environment,to provide security for the company's international development strategy.The research from the domestic and international safety management related literature analysis,collect relevant information and data through the implementation of the accident statistics,enterprise interview and questionnaire survey research methods,there are a full range of diagnostic company safety management issues,and focus on the safe production responsibility system,safety regulations,safety protection,safety production organization the production process control,production safety risk control,safety and emergency management,safety production incentive and safety culture construction in eight aspects put forward the improvement scheme of security management,explore scientific safety management method.Several conclusions have been drawn up in the study.(1)LG's current safety management system to effectively eliminate or reduce safety risks,which seriously affects the company's production efficiency,the social image of the enterprise and the cost of production,it is difficult for the company to a comprehensive international business strategy to provide security.(2)We should use system engineering principles to improve the safety management system in an all-round way,not just rely on the safety management department to solve the problems existing in the safety management.
