| With the development of the science technology,innovation capability gradually becomes the intrinsic motivation of world economic development,against the background of increasingly severe global economic competition,the innovation has been the key factor to determining the competitive advantage of region or country,so do our country,the main body of innovation is people,the improvement of innovation capability can't leave the cooperation of talent structure,high quality talent will promote the development of region innovation capability,and the development of region innovation capability can attract the most talent to join the related industries and posts.Scholars in domestic and foreign has in-depth studied the region innovation capability,and most of them has proved the relation between the region innovation capability and human resources,so there are actually some relations between the region innovation capability and talent structure.To prove the coupling of region innovation capability and talent structure,firstly,by analyzing the literature works,understand the related theories of region innovation and talent structure,complete the conceptual definition;then,by analyzing the current situation of them both in all country and in every provinces,dig the possible consistency of them in different region,establish the region innovation ability evaluation system when analyze the region innovation,delimit the talent structure index when analyze the talent structure;finally,based on the recent status of region innovation and talent structure,by establishing the models,to analyze their coupling,on the one hand,measure the coupling degree by establishing the coupling model,on the other,analyze the space coupling effect both in region and between region by establishing the basic model and spatial econometric model.During the whole process,the innovation points are directly analyzing the relation between the region innovation capability and talent structure,applying space measurement method to the process of coupling effect analysis.Through the application of literature,qualitative analysis and spatial measurement method,the coupling between China's regional innovation capability and talent structure was analyzed,thinks that regional innovation capability and talent structure have a strong degree of coupling,but the spatial coupling effect is not very strong,the coupling effect within the area is better than the coupling effect between regions.Therefore,to develop the regional economy,should train and introduce the advanced technology talent,optimize talent structure rationally,strengthen regional cooperation,further promote the development of region innovation capability,and also should improve publicity during the development of regional innovation to attract more talent to the related industries. |
