In the past 5 years,A large number of post-90 s employees enter the workforce and become a member of the workforce.The post-90 s generation has distinctive characters as a result of their social backgrounds,educational and familial.On the one hand,they are well educated,smart and confident,and open to new ideas.On the other hand,they are found easily stressed,lack of team loyalty and in quest of freedom and self-fulfillment.Given all these factors,the old-fashioned management approaches could not be applied to the post-90 s employees of the new age.Fuzhou Branch of the Bank of Jiujiang,as a commercial bank operating in cities,faces a vast number of post-90 s new recruits.How to be an innovative leader to survive an intense market competition? What strategies and management tactics should be adopted to lead the post-90 s employees? How to identify,select,apply,support and retain talents,and lay a firm foundation for the long-term development and higher goal achievement of the company? These are the most fundamental questions,and they are also challenges requiring urgent action from each of the managerial staff.Therefore,this paper based on the post-90 s employees in the Fuzhou Branch of the Bank of Jiujiang as the research object,through to the employee survey analysis,found that Fuzhou Branch of the Bank of Jiujiang is lack of long-term talent strategy,standardization for employee recruitment,motivation in performance assessment,rationality of salary distribution,scientific training for staff Training,diversity in the development channel,sense of belonging in enterprise culture.In this way,result in low corporate identity and high turnover rate,lack of staff training and lack of staff structure,performance incentives and lack of staff go-slow,single promotion channel and the employee confused.Through training,learning,career development channel and enterprise culture construction,improve the management status and could be of reference value with regard to the management of post-90 s employees in the Fuzhou Branch of the Bank of Jiujiang.
