After decades of development,the real estate market investment,sales and housing prices have been growing rapidly.China's real estate industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy and an important driving force for the development of national economy.However,the problems of the market competition pressure in China's real estate market,the inflated housing price in the big cities,and the high inventory pressure in the small cities is inignorable.It is a difficult problem for all real estate enterprises to survive and develop in such a market environment.Therefore,the real estate marketing strategy,as a key factor influencing the competition and survival of the enterprise market,is becoming more and more concerned by real estate enterprises.The real estate market in Tongling of Anhui Province is in the whole new stage of development.Various marketing strategies have also been widely used and achieved certain results.In order to summarize the existing marketing strategy of Tongling's real estate market,to provide reference and reference for the marketing strategies of real estate enterprises in Tongling,This paper takes the real estate market of Tongling in Anhui Province as the research object,based on the real estate marketing theory of 4 P and 4 C theory,Use SWOT analysis and PEST analysis method,analyzes the development status and marketing environment of the real estate market in Tongling.Based on the choice of marketing strategy of Tongling A real estate company,this paper studied the selection and implementation of Tongling real estate enterprise marketing strategy,concluded that the marketing strategy of the real estate enterprises in Tongling is at the stage of development and development opportunities and challenges are coexisting,and puts forward some Suggestions on the marketing of real estate enterprises in Tongling.
