Research On The Application Of Financial Sharing Mode In Retail Enterprises

With the rapid development of economic globalization,a series of multinational enterprises and cross regional enterprises have emerged,the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Financial management plays an important role in the process of enterprise development.However,in the process of development and expansion,many enterprises have high operating costs,low financial efficiency,poor financial information quality.In this context,large multinational enterprises and group companies want to improve their core competitiveness through more advanced management mode and technology.Therefore,more enterprises begin to adopt new financial management mode,and the financial shared service model arises at the historic moment.This paper selects the Yonghui superstores as a typical case to analyze,in order to provide reference for the development of retail enterprises in China.The article is divided into six parts.The first part is the beginning of the introduction,introduces the research background,purpose and significance,the relevant research results at home and abroad,the main content and methods of the study,the initial formation of research ideas and framework.The second part is the overview of Financial Shared Service and the theoretical framework of the system is discussed,which lays the foundation for later analysis.The third part analyzes the development status,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing shared service model in retail enterprises in China.The fourth part is the case description,starting from the basic situation of Yonghui superstores,the supermarket is briefly introduced and its development process,introduces the application background and the implementation process of Financial Shared Service.The fifth part,through the analysis of the direct benefit and the challenge brought by the financial sharing mode of Yonghui superstores,the significance of using this model is obtained.The sixth part sums up the conclusion of the case,and puts forward relevant suggestions and Enlightenment for the enterprises of sharing system construction in our country.
