In the new retail period,the online dividend gradually disappeared,along with the restrictions on the development of offline physical companies,e-commerce giants and many physical retail companies have realized that to maintain their own sustainable development,the transformation is imminent.The key to the transformation lies in the seamless connection between online and offline,the use of big data,Internet of things and other technologies for the personalized positioning of consumers,to enhance consumer experience and thus to bring about business performance growth.The direction of transformation has been clear,but how to put it into practice is the pain point of most traditional retail enterprises.Yonghui superstores,as a leader in the retail industry,ranked sixth among the top 100 Chinese chain stores in 2017 and fourth among the top 100 fast-moving consumer goods chains in C hina.At the same time,Yonghui superstores is also one of the pioneers of the new retail transformation,it launched a new business format "super species" in 2017.Taking Yonghui superstores as the representative,this paper makes an analysis of the company's operation under the new retail mode,which can provide enlightenment and reference for the tra nsformation of the same industry companies.Firstly,This paper discusses the background and reasons of the emergence of the new retail mode,then introduces the basic information of Yonghui superstores and its comparison companies;secondly it analyzes the last five years' reports of Yonghui superstores with the help of Harvard analysis framework.The analysis results show that Yonghui superstores has a clear self-positioning under the new retail mode,always adheres to customer-centered,adopts differentiation strategy,and integrates new technology application,integration of global supply chain,innovation of new format and digital management into its strategic layout.As a result of the development of online platforms and the active promotion of new for mats,the growth rate of business income and net profit has increased.Meanwhile,measures such as integrating global supply chain and introducing strategic alliance partners to coordinate pricing will further reduce costs and improve efficiency,which will enhance the competitiveness of Yonghui superstores.Compared with the same industry,Yonghui superstores has stronger bargaining power with suppliers and lower turnover of accounts payable.At the same time,the insistence on the expansion of offline stores makes the amount of fixed assets and advance payments in the company's asset structure rise continuously,and the net cash flow generated by investment activities is also in a negative state and the amount continues to increase.In order to apply new technologies and innovate business formats to respond to customers' individualized and diversified consumption needs,investment in electronic equipment has also increased.However,at present,Yonghui superstores' new technology application ability is rela tively weak,lack of relevant professionals need to be improved,the asset structure and capital structure have room for improvement,and the trend of receivables turnover rate is also unsatisfactory due to the globalization cooperation.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve,and hopes to provide reference for other enterprises in the same industry.Overall,the strategic layout of Yonghui superstores is in line with the trend of China's consumption upgrading in the new retail period.Under the new retail mode,the company's profitability and development ability have performed well.On the basis of existing resources and core competitiveness,the future Yonghui superstores will be able to expand in the new retail market.
