| Along with the advent of life-long learning era,knowledge is a crucial factor for the growth of individuals and organizations,whether they are learning,living or working.As far as organization is concerned,the most valuable of all investment is to invest in the organization itself,and the key to how to improve the value of the organization lies in training.Training improves employees' Self-worth,and then drives the overall performance and achievement of the organization,which is directly related to the long-term development of the organization and the realization of its strategic goals.As the most important part to measure success or failure of the training,training effect evaluation(TEV)is the most popular and difficult part in the organization at currently,which is a process for check,judge,evaluate the effect of training that according to training purposes and requirements in the organization of personnel training process,using the someone or someones training effect evaluation models and index system.But for a particular organization,the classic TEV models are not always correct.Therefore,we should restructure and optimize the training effect evaluation model according to industry characteristics,working characteristics and personnel composition characteristics of different enterprises.At the same time,we should reconstruct the evaluation index system for the specific organizations.In this paper,FS technology company is selected as the research object,which company is a high tech company that integrated with the design of structure state of Internet of things(sensing network)and safety monitoring scheme,product R&D,production,sales,system integration and cloud computing services.Be based on the classic Kirkpatrick Model,and through the comparison,selection,construction,optimization the TEV models,constructing an applicable evaluation index system for training effect to specific application analysis the work of TEV for the small and medium technology company,give the countermeasures of perfection and suggestions.It aims to improve the quality of training and the construction of training system for organization,and give the effective feedback to the training strategy,human strategy and organizational strategy of the organization.At the same time,it also provides reference for the same industry or even the different industries' TEV through the research in this paper,so that bring more realistic meaning.After the study,improve and perfect the TEV which based on Kirkpatrick Mode for the small and medium technology organizations,includes the establishment of a result oriented training evaluation incentive mechanism,and the creation of a good atmosphere for training conversion,and so on. |
