Research On The Relationship Between Career Development And Well-Being Of Commercial Bank Employees

For these years,China's economy is sustaining enormous pressure,the mer chant bank has encountered so many difficulties in operating.The staff,from management to common staffs,showing a high rate in job resignation.Accordi ng to the data,the turnover rate of merchant bank staffs has doubled from 2012 to 2016.For the reason,many staff complain about the rapid working spee d and insufficient salary incentives,they often feel anxious,nervous and depres sed.The staff in different stages of career development have different kinds of problems,which make their well-being glide or lost.Especially for those new generation staff,who show the highest separation rate because of the differenc e between the real economy and his expectancy.So it is essential to study the relationship between the career development and his well-being.The research begins with the definition of personal well-being and career development stage,then will collect and analyze those papers and books on th ese two themes,after that will combine the questionnaire survey and data anal ysis to explore the relationship between the two factors.At last,the research will put forward the suggestions for the staff and managers respectively.After the research,the paper reaches the following conclusions:1,When study the well-being experience of staff in merchant bank,the st aff as a whole sample,and the SWSS shows good performance on validity an d reliability.2,Each kind of experience shows differently in demographic variables and career development stages,the contented experience,mental health experience,social confidence experience,target value experience,self-acceptance experienc e and mentality experience have significant effect on gender;Contented experie nce,mental health experience,growth progress experience,target value experien ce,social confidence experience,self-acceptance experience,interpersonal adapta tion experience and fitness experience and family atmosphere experience have s ignificant effect on education level.Growth progress experience,contented expe rience,metal health experience,growth progress experience,target value,social confidence experience,self-acceptance experience,interpersonal adaptation expe rience,mentality balance experience and family atmosphere experience have a s ignificant effect on work types.3,Contented experience,mental health experience,target value experience,social confidence experience,interpersonal adaptation experience,fitness experi ence,mentality balance experience and family atmosphere experience have a si gnificant effect on career development stage.4,The career development stages can positively predicate the contented ex perience,mental health experience,social confidence experience and family atm osphere experience.At the same time,the research also provide suggestions for the staff and management respectively.For the staff,here are following suggestions:1,Caring about their health status,doing more exercises.2,Focus on their psychological needs in different career stages.3,Pursuing for the development of job ability.4,Positively sol ve the problems and come over the difficulties.5,Chose the appropriate job a ccording to his own character.For the management,here are following suggestions:1,Creating good wor king atmosphere for staff.2,Pay attention to the well-being experience of staff.3,Rationally making schedules for encouraging staff.4,Dynamically obtain sta ff's well-being information from human resources department,and take it as th e measurement of the work performance.5,Make a distinct and fully-functiona 1 promotion system.6,Rationally arrange the staff's work-shifts according to t heir career development stages.
