Since Vietnam joins WTO,various domestic industries have faced fierce global competition.For the banking industry in the financial sector,it is still faced with many challenges in order to truly face internationalization and directly participate in fierce market competition.The core of winning dynamic competitiveness lies in the competition of talents.Human resources management is one of the core strategies in the organization's acquisition of competitive advantage,and it has received more attention from people in general.Studying the impact of organizational culture on employee organizational commitment can help organizations develop appropriate organizational cultures in the process of reform and development,strengthen employee organizational commitments,retain outstanding talents,and improve organizational performance.In order to deeply discuss the organizational culture of Vietnamese joint-stock commercial banks and their impact on employee organizational commitments,this paper starts from the perspective of organizational culture,takes the Vietnam Joint-Stock Commercial Bank as the research object,conducts empirical research through questionnaires,and discusses organizational culture to employee organizations.The impact of commitments,and the introduction of personal trait variables as intermediary variables for research.Include these content s: The first chapter is to elaborate the research background,purpose,content and methods,the second chapter is the theoretical basis and related review,and the third chapter is the mechanism analysis of organizational culture's commitment to employee organization,and then the basis of previous research theory.The research hypothesis is put forward.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of this paper.It designs and distributes the questionnaire survey,uses SPSS22.0 statistical analysis softwar e for data analysis,and finally puts forward the conclusions and policy recommendations of this paper according to the data analysis.Through theoretical research and empirical analysis,the following conclusions are mainly drawn: Organizing material culture,organizing behavioral culture,and organizing emotional culture,the three dimensions of organizational culture have a significant positive impact on employee organizational commitments.In addition,the influence of organizational system culture on employee organizational commitment is not significant at all.Based on the above research results,this paper believes that the joint-stock commercial banks in Vietnam need to pay more attention to the construction of the organizational culture,improve and enrich,and increase the pride of the employees,and improve the organizational commitment of the employees. |
