With the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for the crabs is becoming more and more popular,but the lack of scientific marketing strategy has failed to achieve a good marketing effect in the competition of many branded crab brands.In this paper,the marketing strategy of Datong Lake crabs is selected as the research object,and a number of strategies to improve the Internet marketing are proposed to promote the marketing strategy of the Datong Lake crabs,and to accelerate the promotion of the products and brands of the Datong Lake hairy crabs.Broaden the company's marketing channels,enrich the company's promotional means,and further enhance the brand competitiveness of the product.This article first analyzes the marketing situation,marketing environment and marketing status of Datong Lake crabs,and analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges facing the Datong Lake hairy crab at present by SWOT.Secondly,this article subdivides the market of the company and chooses the target market,establishes the marketing orientation of "the mass consumption aquatic products,the original ecological food,the holiday gift,the Datong Lake crabs",and makes a full consideration of the actual situation of the public company and puts forward the Datong Lake big.The marketing strategy of sluice crabs.In terms of products,we should improve quality,develop new products,innovate packaging,implement brand management and cultural marketing;in terms of price,we should seize the market at low prices and make prices in grades;in the channel aspect,we should improve the traditional channels,open up network sales and strengthen channel management;in promotion,we should implement advertising policies.Brief introduction,personnel marketing strategy,sales promotion strategy and public relations strategy.Finally,the paper establishes the safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy,and predicts the effect of the implementation.Through this study,it is believed that the Internet marketing channels of the Datong Lake still exist over the large Internet platform,the lack of close communication with consumers,the promotion measures and the poor marketing channels.The reasons for these problems are caused by the quality of the product itself,the inaccurate positioning of the price,the improper marketing method,and the poor marketing channel of the Internet.According to the existing problems of the current Internet marketing in the Datong Lake crabs,the suggestions for improving the 4P marketing strategy of the crabs are proposed.At the same time,it puts forward a variety of marketing channel strategies of internet word-of-mouth marketing,news hot events,soft writing and reprint,question and answer platform and encyclopedia,official blog and WeChat public number.At the same time,the implementation of Internet marketing strategy protection and matters needing attention are studied in detail.This article holds that the management enterprises of the Datong Lake have a clear understanding of their marketing status,a scientific and reasonable marketing strategy,and the effective implementation of the marketing strategy through the relevant safeguard measures,can we grasp the opportunity in the competition and have a good future.
