In recent years,China's courier industry volume of business grew by more than 30% annually,the momentum of development is good,but the competition within the industry has become increasingly fierce,if you want to be strong in the fierce competition in the industry,strengthen customer relationship management is very necessary.As a leading enterprise in the express industry in Panjin City,Panjin Xin SOT Express Co.,Ltd has been expanded increasingly.However,its service level in the express delivery industry is low,management level is not high and its management concept is backward.Customer relationship management is not in place and severely restricted.In this case,as a large-scale express delivery enterprise in Panjin City,how to retain existing customers through customer relationship management and achieve a high-quality customer experience,in order to achieve the purpose of enhancing brand appreciation and customer loyalty,must be considered.This article is based on the current development of China's express delivery industry,focusing on the problems of customer relationship management in Panjin Xin SOT Express Co.,Ltd.,which are not valued by customer relationship management,lack of coordination among functional departments,adequate analysis,and corresponding services to customers Research,in order to clarify the thinking of customer relationship management to enhance its increasing developing efficiency.The article conduct the research by using the literature analysis,case analysis,on-the-spot interview,and etc.The customer relationship management of Panjin Xin STO Express Co.,Ltd is being studied as the research object.its At first,there is a summary of the basic information and the current situation of customer relationship management about it.The problems existing in customer relationship management are analyzed,and the main causes of the problems.Then use the foreign express company's customer relationship management successful experience;Finally,the customer relationship management strategy has been proposed perfectly.
