With the rapid development of knowledge economy and information technology,talents are the main motivation for enterprises to achieve core competitiveness.More and more organizations pay attention to fully stimulate and mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees through the competitive salary system.Post evaluation is the cornerstone and basis of establishing a scientific and reasonable salary system.Facing the problems of imperfect internal salary system,low staff enthusiasm and high staff turnover rate,Xiangjiang Water Industry Group headquarters urgently needs to utilize scientific methods to evaluate the position and determine the relative value of the post,so as to provide employees with as fair and reasonable compensation as possible,promoting the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.In this essay,the headquarters of Xiangjiang Water Industry Group is taken as the research object,and the design of its post evaluation scheme is studied in depth.On the basis of reading a lot of books and literature,this essay clarifies the research contents and methods.By investigating the status quo of job evaluation of Xiangjiang Water Industry Group,this essay analyzes the problems and causes of the post evaluation of it.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the post evaluation in the headquarters of Xiangjiang Water Industry Group,this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of the existing post evaluation methods,and determines that the method adopted in this post evaluation scheme is the element counting method.The process and evaluation scheme of post evaluation are designed by using element counting method,including the design of each element and its weight of post evaluation,the processing of scoring tools and data,and the application of evaluation results.Finally,the implementation of the post evaluation program is carried on,and five safeguard measures for the implementation of the plan are put forward.This essay,through the study of Xiangjiang water industry group headquarters post evaluation,combines theory with practice to explore a set of plans,which is suitable for the post evaluation of Xiangjiang water industry group headquarters,providing a basis for the design of the salary system.At the same time,through job evaluation,it hopes to achieve the implementation of the strategic objectives and improve its efficiency,also provides reference and inspiration for the same industry,which has important practical significance.
