Research On Asset Securitization Financing Scheme Of Innovation Park Project Of Wangcheng Construction Company

In recent years,with the deepening of supply side structural reform,the banking lending policy is tightening up.The banking industry has more conservative attitude towards the loan projects in real estate and infrastructure construction industry.At the same time,along with the financial regulations on corporate bonds,sturctured financing tools continue to strengthen,the local government financing platform is facing more severe financing difficulties,they should use new financing methods to raise funds for business development.Asset securitization is a kind of innovative financing tool that were supported strongly in recent years in our country,its requirements fits the asset condition of local government financing platform,and be in accordance with the present trend to reduce financial leverage,revitalize the stock of assets,it is expected to become an important financing method of local government financing platform in the future.Therefore,taking Wangcheng Construction Company as an example,this paper designs an asset securitization financing plan.The significance of the study is to create new financing method for Wangcheng Construction company.Based on the method of literature research and case study,this paper firstly describes the background and significance of this research,summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign asset securitization financing theory and application practice.Secondly,it states the definition of asset securitization and summarizes its development in our country,gradually analysis the process of asset securitization financing.Then,it sort out the operating situation and the financial situation of Wangcheng Construction company,points out the financing problems and analyzes the reasons,puts forward the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of asset securitization.Finally,design the asset securitization financing plan based on Wangcheng Construction company's own situation,and put forward the safeguard measures from two aspects of internal and external.Therefore,local government financing platform should vigorously develop asset securitization financing mode,on the one hand,it can solve the financing problem of enterprises,on the other hand,it is also consistent with the current policy situation.
