| Under the condition of economic globalization,competition in the commanding heights of technology and economy,as well as competition in international discourse and market share is mainly reflected in standard competition.China as the world's second largest economy,has the international standard competition advantage,must change the past "international standard localization" passive thinking,actively seek"China's international standard" active implementation.Under the initiative of "The Belt and Road",China's standard "going out" has a good strategic platform.Standard output as a key basic content to achieve the overall requirements plays an important role in promoting the "going out" of China's standard.By establishing the mode,three typical modes of "going out" in China are obtained under the initiative of "The Belt and Road".They are the mode of "technology-driven","product-driven" and "industry-driven".The mode of "technology-driven" is to achieve the standard "going out" with the technology "going out".It is a technology realization path.China's standard is expected to become an independent international standard.Under this mode,we should pay more attention to adopting the strategy of preemption.The mode of "product-driven" is to achieve the standard "going out" with the product"going out".It's an economic realization path.China's standard is expected to become a subset of the existing international standard system.Under this mode,the formation and expansion of user locking is the key.The mode of "industry-driven" is to achieve the standard "going out" with the industry "going out".It is a regulation realization path.Our standard is expected to become an international standard which compatible with the relevant industries in the world.Under this mode,the government regulation will play an important role.This paper expounds the standard from a new perspective.Cover the shortage of the backward country on standard which participate in the competition of International standard.At the same time,it can promote China's further development of the standardization strategy,improve standardization ability of countries along "The Belt and Road" and promote the reconstruction of Global trade rules. |
