The Industrial Structure And Ecological Environmental Effect Evaluation Of Funiu Mountain Area

The reform and opening policy has made economy develop rapidly,but the extensive mode of economic growth has caused serious resource and environmental problems.The adjustment of regional industrial structure can optimize resource allocation and control energy consumption and pollution discharge.Therefore,the optimization of regional industrial structure is very important to economic development and ecological environment construction.Funiu mountain area is an important part of the natural transition zone between north and south of China,and it plays a very important role in the ecological system of Henan province and the whole country.The Danjiangkou reservoir is the water diversion area of the middle route of the south-to-north water transfer project,and it is also an important water conservation area.But,at present,the ecological environment problem in Funiu mountain area is not optimistic.The second industry in Funiu mountain area has a large proportion,the regional technical level is relatively backward,and there are more prominent ecological and environmental problems.Although some work has been done in ecological restoration and environmental management in recent years,it is not enough.Therefore,it is of great significance to adjust the industrial structure to the economic development and ecological environment construction of Funiu mountain area.Based on the carding and summing up relevant studies of the industrial structure and the ecological environment,according to the theory of economic geography,ecological economics and industrial ecology theory,this paper selects the Funiu mountain area as the research area.By using the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,the industrial structure and its ecological environment effect were studied in Funiu mountain area from 2000 to 2015.Firstly,Industrial Convergence,Industrial Concentration and Shift-Share Analysis were used to study the current situation of industrial structure in the Funiu mountain area.The ecological environment quality was evaluated from four aspects: green degree,humidity,dry degree and heat,and the ecological remote sensing index is established by means of geostatistical methods.Secondly,the correlation between regional industrial structure and ecological environment is analyzed.And Using IIISNE evaluation method,the ecological effect and spatial differentiation of industrial structure of Funiu mountain area were studied from two aspects of whole industrial structure and subdivision industry.Finally,the paper puts forward policies and suggestions on improving the ecological environment quality level of the area.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The GDP of Funiu mountain area is growing rapidly,and the industrial structure has realized the modern transformation.During the study period,the industrial structure changed significantly.Industrial structure is from "two,one,three" to "two,three,one".Although the secondary industry occupies the dominant position,it shows a downward trend,while the proportion of the tertiary industry rises.The industrial structure of the Funiu mountain area is transforming to the "three,two,one" year by year.The industrial convergence is declining,industrial concentration is rising,regional economic complementarity is increasing and regional division of labor is rationalizing.But relative to the average level in Henan province,the economy of Funiu mountain area district lacks the momentum of later development,the competitiveness declines,the growth rate is lower than the average level of Henan province,and the industrial competitiveness and industrial structure also have certain deficiencies.(2)The index of ecological environment quality in Funiu mountain area is different in nature,and the overall ecological environment quality of the region is relatively good.The analysis of the ecological environment quality in Funiu mountain area shows that humidity and green degree play a positive role in the ecological environment quality,and the heat and dry degree play a negative role in the ecological environment quality.The ecological environment quality is relatively good in Funiu mountain area,and there are many areas in the fourth grade.However,in the study period,the overall ecological environment quality level of the Funiu mountain area has the characteristics of the middle aggregation,and the overall ecological environment quality shows a declining trend.(3)On the whole,the negative influence of the industrial structure on the ecological environment in Funiu mountain area increased during the study period,and the damage of industrial adjustment to the ecological environment is deepening.Among them,the second industry has the greatest impact on the environment,followed by the tertiary industry,and the first industry has the least impact on the environment.The industrial structure mainly affects the humidity and dryness of the ecological environment.(4)The influence of different segment industry on the ecological environment is obvious.During the study,the impact of tourism,light industry,heavy industry and construction on the ecological environment increased,especially in heavy industry.The impact of transportation and other industries on the environment is decreasing and then increasing.Agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery have less impact on the ecological environment and continue to decrease.(5)The spatial difference of the ecological environment effect of the subdivision industry in Funiu mountain area is significant.Among them,the industrial structure adjustment of Xixia county,Xichuan county and Luanchuan county has a great impact on the ecological environment,and the influence of other counties(especially the Ruyang county and Nanzhao county in the east)is relatively small.From the perspective of time evolution,during the study period,the industrial structure adjustment of Xichuan county,Nanzhao county and Neixiang county has been increasing in the ecological environment.Ruyang county,Song county,Lushi county,Lushan county,Luanchuan county and Xixia county ecological environment impact index has decreased trend;Compared with each county,the industrial structure adjustment of Neixiang county and Nanzhao county has been less impact on the ecological environment.Finally,in view of the actual ecological environment in Funiu mountain area,the paper puts forward some countermeasures based on industrial structure adjustment.In the future,the primary task of industrial structure optimization is to change the mode of economic growth,develop circular economy,and formulate industrial policies coordinated with ecology.We will use science and technology to improve industrial production,reduce pollutant emissions in the production process,expand the development of tertiary industry,utilize the characteristic resources of the Funiu mountain region and develop the regional eco-tourism industry.
