Analysis And Improvement Of Consultant Resource Management Process About Multi-project Parallel Implementation Of The Y Company

With the development of economy and society,multi-project management concept plays an increasingly important role in the enterprise management.The implementation of multi-project project management is also in constant development.Consultant resource,as an important factor in the successful implementation of a lot of ERP implementation projects,also got the attention of the Y Company.This article begins with the domestic and foreign research situation of project management and business process reengineering.It does an overview of the theory,providing a theoretical basis for the article.Then introduce the current situation about multi-project parallel implementation of the Y Company,put forward the problem of insufficient consultant resources.And analyze the problems by fishbone diagram method,see through the appearance to perceive the essence,find out the real problem to resolve.Then apply the business process reengineering theory,improve the consultant resource management process,add the missing link in the original process,and strengthen the supervision and management of the original process.Finally,put forward some measures to protect the resource management process improvement about multi-project parallel implementation,including the establishment of the organizational structure of the matching process improvement,ensure the process data standardization and collection,and ensure the process specification and execution.This article applies not only to the Y Company on the consultant resource management process of multi-project parallel implementation,about the analysis of problems,the project process improvement and the safeguard measures,but also has certain directive significance to the similar enterprises,so it can be extended to the similar enterprises.
