The Research On Green Development Strategy In Pianguan From Poverty Alleviation Perspective

Poverty is worldwide historical problem.During the process of economic construction and development,different countries are confronted with different degrees of poverty.Hence,eliminating poverty is becoming an ideal that all countries dream of and a guarantee that ensure healthy social and economic development of all nations.As a poor county with limited resources,Pianguan supported by the state has suffered excessive exploitation of natural resources and grave pollution of environment.Therefore,It's difficult for this county to truly realize fast,healthy,and sustainable development.In order to tackle this issue,Pianguan should change its way of thinking in economic development.In other words,Pianguan has to be aware of local advantages,to develop green economy and to implement green development strategy so that this county can accelerate its comprehensive development,solve its local economic problem and win the battle of poverty alleviation.From the perspective of poverty alleviation,this thesis comprehensively analyses the necessity of implementation of Pianguan Green Development Strategy and formulates one after scientific investigation and thorough research to help this county get rid of poverty and achieve common prosperity.And this thesis can be divided into the following seven chapters:Chapter 1 is Introduction.Based on the recent literature,both home and abroad,this chapter introduces background information and research meaning in detail,briefs the research methodology and points out the research innovations and limitations.Chapter 2 is Theoretical Foundation.This chapter defines the related core concepts,specifies the constituents of green development and provides theoretical basis for the further writing.Chapter 3 is Social and Economic Analysis in Pianguan.This chapter elaborates the social and economic development in Pianguan,laying foundation for the analysis of causes and necessity thereafter.Chapter 4 is Difficulties and Poverty Alleviation State Quo in Pianguan.This chapter vividly describes the population distribution in Pianguan and summarizes Pianguan's achievement and difficulties in Poverty alleviation program.Chapter 5 is The Necessity of Implementation of Green Development Strategy.This chapter emphasizes the necessity to implement green development strategy from five aspects.Chapter 6 is Framework of Green Development Strategy in Pianguan.This chapter gives a detailed description on principles,goals,and layouts of green development strategy.Chapter 7 is Measures to Carry Out Green Development Strategy in Pianguan.This chapter illustrates measures in green concepts,green poverty alleviation,green projects,green engineering,and green policies to implement green development strategy.Chapter 8 is Conclusion.This chapter briefs the relationship between green development strategy and poverty alleviation and manifests the positive impact of this strategy to win the battle of poverty alleviation in Pianguan.
