2017 No.1 central focus once again focus on agriculture,rural areas and farmers problems,and pointed out that to speed up cultivating rural agricultural new kinetic energy,farmers as the main body of rural agricultural development and the backbone of the new socialist rural development,solve the problem of rural farmers' labor is fundamental to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".A large number of rural labor force in young adults and new generation of farmers outflow,cause is characterized by rural labor "aging" of "lack of rural labor force" problem increasingly prominent,and some real reason about the low production yield and big gap between urban and rural,in the predictable future,the new generation peasant rural labor force will continue trend of shift to cities,modern agricultural production need of the new generation of farmers will continue to loss.Rural labor force will be a structural shortage.Therefore,the study rural aging labor force and new generation of farmers' problems of our province has the important practical significance for all-round construction of our province rural agricultural economic development goals and realize the construction of new socialist countryside.In this paper,through organizing related statistical yearbook in Shanxi province,combing the present situation and characteristics of the problem of rural aging labor force in Shanxi province,briefing analysis of the subject status of the new generation of farmers to promote modern agriculture sustainable development.Through on-the-spot questionnaire,face-to-face interview in Shanxi rural labor situation has carried on the on-the-spot investigation,13 villages of three county rural carried on the thorough analysis of labor situation,age,the new generation of farmers' ideas and interests in Shanxi province.Points out that the fundamental reasons of shanxi formation of rural aging labor force,and rural aging labor force and the choice of new generation of farmers' influence on rural agriculture,for new professional farmers cultivating new generation farmers meet the demand of agriculture in Shanxi province economic development of the agricultural labor force,to dissolve the rural aging labor force as well as the new generation of farmers'problems in Shanxi province.The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly introduced the research background,purpose,significance,methods,content and the research status at home and abroad about rural aging labor force and new generation of farmers' problems.The second chapter summarizes the concept about rural aging labor force and new generation of farmers,Interpretation of some theory of related research at home and abroad,correct and sensible view of writing lay a theoretical foundation for the next step.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of our province rural aging labor force from the number,quality and structure of rural labor.The fourth chapter through the research of Shanxi province,eight villages and towns 13 villages to obtain data,analysis of left-behind farmers and migrant farmers,new generation of farmers' interest,farmers agricultural production and migrant labor in our province.The fifth chapter thinks the town's"polarization effect",thrust of agricultural modernization and city is better than that of rural infrastructure and public service are the primary cause of rural aging labor force in China.The sixth chapter The main analysis from five aspects about the aging labor force and the choice of new generation of farmers'influence on rural agriculture in Shanxi.The seventh chapter combine to foster new type of professional farmers as the way to provide a reference in solving rural labor force for Shanxi province.
