The vinegar industry is an important part of Shanxi's regional economy,which has far-reaching significance for helping Shanxi's economic transformation and development.In recent years,with the improvement of people's health awareness,vinegar products have attracted more and more social attention,and vinegar enterprises have been gradually rising in the market competition.Renowned in China,Shanxi aged vinegar has over three thousand years of cultural origins and six hundred years of brand history.With its unique flavor and quality,long history and culture background,and a quite impressive hallmark,it owns both economic value and brand value.Even so,the development of Shanxi aged vinegar industry is faced with many setbacks today.There exist management thought limitations,shackles on innovative research and development,low market concentration rates,scattered enterprise scales,low product market shares,poor brand influence and other real problems.All these above have become a hindrance to the development of Shanxi aged vinegar industry.As a province with good prospects in vinegar industry,Shanxi must break through the above bottlenecks to achieve sound and rapid development of this distinctive industry.This paper takes Shanxi aged vinegar as research objective,and is based upon the perspective of industrial economics.In this paper,relevant literatures of domestic and foreign papers on vinegar industry are studied.Meanwhile the basic concepts and theories are clarified.By using the SCP(Structure-Conduct-Performance)paradigm analysis tool,this paper analyze the present situation of Shanxi vinegar industry,including a comprehensive analysis of the external macro environment,supply and demand market,enterprise production and business activities,market performance and other aspects.We found that Shanxi vinegar industry is faced with many problems in the development process,such as less policy support,financing difficulties,low market concentration,poor innovation and research ability,low level of modern technology and other issues.Based on the above series of in-depth analysis,this paper clears Shanxi aged vinegar industry's competitive advantages,including deep accumulation of cultural heritage,the spirit of artisans about adhering to the quality,rich contains of functional factors and the new national standard,landmark protection regulations,etc.All these are cleared to lay the foundations in building Shanxi aged vinegar industry development strategy system.The fifth and the sixth part of the paper have a clarification of the strategic guiding ideology,establishment of the vision goal,formulation of the principles and pinpoint of the strategic foothold.It makes "improve quality and efficiency,support large while limit small" a core strategy,and puts forward strategic ideas of development from three aspects,like macroeconomic protection measures,industrial association responsibilities and enterprise development strategy.' We focus on the strategies and try to explore outlets for the Shanxi aged vinegar in the fierce competition in modern society to achieve brand promotions and image breakthroughs.The.research perspective and the research content have some innovative and practical significance compared with the existing literature resources.In the meantime,this paper is aimed at providing decision-making ideas for Shanxi vinegar manufacturing enterprises to promote them enter into healthy and rapid developments.We also try to help provide reference to build a vibrant and complete vinegar industrial chain,so as to motivate transformation and promotion of Shanxi social economy and achieve a whole industrial development by leaps and bounds. |
