In recent years, with the construction of the socialist market economy and the integration of urban and rural areas, the county industry cluster as an important development areas has a positive role to develop the county economy and regional economy and is an important way to develop county economy. Qingxu County as one of China Central County hundred counties locates in the south of the provincial capital of Taiyuan, belonging to national economic hinterland experimental reform demonstration area and has the geographical advantages. For a long time, the vinegar industry is a dominated industry in Qingxu County. The important role of the characteristic vinegar industrial clusters in the development of the country economy can be learned and studied. In the paper, we investigats and analyzes the Qingxu characteristic vinegar industrial clusters, researches the status of the characteristic vinegar industrial clusters and analyzes the problems and makes recommendations to promote the development of the Qingxu characteristic vinegar industrial clusters.The paper is divided into five chapters. By studying the development of vinegar industrial clusters of Qingxu County, the paper mainly researches the background and significance of the issues involved. By relating the literature home and abroad, the paper proposes the research significance and methods. First, relating the foreign and domestic literature of the theory of industrial clusters, describe the development of industrial clusters, introduce the theoretical concept of distinctive industrial clusters, and further theoretically elaborate the relationship between vinegar industrial clusters and regional economy.Secondly, by surveying the characteristic industrial clusters of Qingxu County, the paper analyzes the development status of vinegar industrial clusters of Qingxu County, and carefully explains the important factors for developing the characteristic vinegar industrial clusters, and through regional entropy analysis estimates the advantages of location of Qingxu vinegar industry cluster.The paper mainly analyzes the present advantages and the problems of the characteristic vinegar industrial clusters of Qingxu County. The problems include the overall size which is not formed and the operational difficulty, the propaganda which is not strong, the economy brand awareness which is not strong, market discipline which is not enough, the overall quality of company which needs to be improved, and there is a strange phenomenon that is bound to limit the administrative area of County, local cadres concept style which urgently needs to be corrected.Finally, the paper proposes the suggestions one by one for the development of the characteristic vinegar industrial clusters of Qingxu County.
