Research On Intellectual Property Operation Of Co-Maker Space

With the entrepreneurship and innovation trends,the co-maker space as the platform for innovation and entrepreneurship service has developed rapidly.The co-maker space provides a variety of service for makers,and the intellectual property operation service is an important part of it.The intellectual property operation services help makers transform ideas into achievements and intellectual property rights.Helping makers use intellectual property to finance business and achieve the economic benefits,the intellectual property operation service of co-maker space is very important.But in practice,there are many problems in co-maker space,and the intellectual property operation service of it also has many problems.But there are few related studies in this field,so it is urgent to study the theoretical framework,practical situation,and optimization strategy of it.This paper applies multicentre governance theory and synergy theory to analyze the connotation,operation subject and operation system of the intellectual property operation service of co-maker space.On this basis,this paper designs the theoretical framework of it from the perspective of operation module and operation system.According to the two stages of creation and application in intellectual property rights,this study builds the operation module including the management and protection of creativity,the cultivation and right guidance of intellectual property rights at the creation stage,and the capital butt of intellectual property at the application stage.And this paper also discusses the role of the government in guaranteeing the system of co-maker space's intellectual property operation service.Based on the theoretical framework,this paper takes Hefei as an example to survey.Through questionnaire survey,this paper studies the importance of each operation module.Through interviews,this paper surveys many co-maker spaces in Hefei,analyzes the practice situations of each module,and summarizes the operation mode as the introverted type with:service + investment"and extroverted type with "guidance ?integration".Finally,according to the survey results,this paper summarizes the problem in Hefei co-maker space practice in the intellectual property operation service and analyzes the cause of it.Employing the AHP method to determine weights of the cause,the result shows that the government plays an important role on it.On this basis,this paper put forward the optimization strategy of the intellectual property operation service of co-maker space.
