| Since the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy was put forward by the 18th CPC national congress,scientific and technological innovation has been regarded as a strategic support for improving China's social productivity and comprehensive national strength,and is an endogenous force of innovation-driven development.So it must be placed at the core of national development.In 2015,the state council issued a guideline on the development of maker space to promote mass innovation and entrepreneurship,a new wave of entrepreneurship and innovation had been launched.Many big cities in China,including Beijing and Shanghai,have put forward the idea of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship and maker space.The study on the maker spaces's distribution characteristics,the logical analysis of the rise and the research on the bias selection of makers in Zhejiang province,will help guide the planning and construction of innovation and entrepreneurship in the region,and further promote the transformation and upgrading of regional economy and space development.On the other hand,the construction of the performance evaluation system of the maker space will help guide the maker space's managers to improve the corresponding innovation and entrepreneurship service functions.It can be seen that the research content is of great guiding significance for the development of the innovation driven development of zhejiang and the whole nation.In this paper,first I use the the global spatial self-correlation method to calculate the global Moran's I index and global G index based on the number of maker spaces of 90 counties in Zhejiang province.Second,from the science and technology department of Zhejiang province,we obtained the number of patents granted by each million people in 90 counties,and the value of the new product(billion yuan)from 2004 to 2013,based on the dimensionless processing and entropy value method,the county's innovation performance index is calculated,and through the kernel density estimation method,the logical relationship between the rise of mass maker spaces and regional innovation performance is explored.Then,a questionnaire survey of typical maker spaces was carried out to obtain the data of the makers' level,and the underlying driving forces,which determine the selection of the makers,are revealed in light of the binary choice model.The results showed that:In Zhejiang province,the cluster distribution situation of maker spaces is obvious.The level of innovation performance in county area has been continuously improved,but the regional difference is significant.The rise of maker spaces in Zhejiang province is closely related to the performance of regional innovation.Compatibility of the industrial structure,degree of science and education and talent resources,location factors are the three main factors that impact makers to enter into the city.The operation performance levels of typical maker spaces in Hangzhou are relatively high. |
