Abstract/Summary:
The rapid development of information technology has led to the construction of convenient and efficient modern informational infrastructure.With the development of e-commerce,cross-border e-commerce(CBEC)has become an important part of China's foreign trade.CBEC has a series of characteristics of e-commerce,while compared to the traditional cross-border trade,saving a number of links from wholesale to sales,effectively reducing the cost of a variety of commercial.Under the shadow of the Financial Crisis,our traditional foreign trade having problems,convenient and efficient CBEC's trading volume has maintained gratifying growth.At the same time,the government confirmed to look far ahead from a high plane and promote the "Belt and Road Initiative" strategy,which will bring opportunities to engage in CBEC business for each enterprise.This paper first defines the concept of CBEC,the stage of development and its characteristics,trade facilitation,etc.,from the macro analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the CBEC suppliers.Next,I choose the Theory of Technological Innovation,H-O model,Transaction Cost Theory and Agglomeration Effect Theory as the theoretical support of this paper.Alibaba is the leader of China's E-commerce market,meanwhile the company is also very concerned about the development of CBEC business.Next,I probe into the micro,to let the company as an example.SWOT model is used to study under the environment of the "Belt and Road Initiative",CBEC's facilitation development in the development of various strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,the paper makes a summary and puts forward some suggestions and general countermeasures to help producing the power of trade.
