The thesis mainly studies the poverty alleviation models of the agricultural industry in Qingxiu District of Nanning.Through effectivesurveys and investigation,this thesis summarizes several po'verty alleviation models that Qingxiu district adopt for its agricultural industry under the guidance of trgeted-poverty-alleviationpolicy.And it also analyzes the problems and constraints existing in poverty alleviation in agricultural industry.These efforts aim to provide feasible measures in a bid to further improve the poverty alleviation of the agricultural industry in Qingxiu District of Nanning.The surveys indicate that there,currently,mainly exists 5 models of agricultural poverty alleviation in Qingxiu district of Nanning,namely the "rejuvenating village through science and technology","one industry for one town","one product for one village" model,"providing mutual help in urban and rural areas"and "businesses plus households".Through the implementation and popularization of these five models,the economic development of rural areas in Qingxiu District of Nanningin has witnessed profound changes:the economic structure of agricultural industry has been optimized and formed a large-scale sector;the poverty relief rate has been accelerated;the output of agricultural products increased;the regional economic efficiency improved and income of urban and rural residents raised.Andthese changes suggest that the targeted-poverty-alleviationpolicy has made remarkable achievements.However,there still exists some problems in poverty alleviation in agricultural industryin Qingxiu District of Nanning.Firstly,the scale of the agricultural industry is small and separated,and the self-driven development for poverty alleviation should be further improved.Second,the talents related to agricultural,scientific and technological fields are scarce,and there's insufficient impetus of poverty alleviation supported by science and technology.Third,the lack of funds restrains the agricultural development in poverty-stricken villages.Fourth,the agricultural efficiency is relatively low and the performance of industrial poverty alleviation needs to be improved.Fifth,the small coverage of agricultural insurance brings poor villages and households difficulties for the collection of industrial risk funds.The factors influencingthe poverty alleviation work mainly include four parts.First,the residents,education level is relatively low and the independent industry development is backward.Second,labor force is still scanty and the ratio of gender and age is imbalanced.Third,the agriculturalinfrastructure and management should be improved.Fourth,the work of land confirmation is time-consuming and its circulation is slow and relatively passive.Fifth,the industrial integration should be strengthened;the manufacturing industries related to agricultural products is scarce and these scale should be expended.In order to solve these problems and avoid these constraints,this thesis suggests that,in terms of its measures to promote poverty alleviation,Qingxiu district of Nanning improve service system in industrial science and technology areas,strengthen the research and development of agricultural science and technology and the transformation of the scientific and technological fruits in colleges and universities,further the development of tailored packages for the poverty alleviation,establish and improve industrial risk prevention and control mechanism,speed up the rural land confirmation and circulation,guide the farmers' independent industry development and focus on the market entity,promote the sustained exploitation of competitive anddistinctive industries,and accelerate the development of the poverty alleviation in agricultural industry.
