On The Transformation Straits And Strategies For Small-Micro Foreign Trade Enterprises:a Perspective Of TW Company

Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important and active force in the market economy activities.They play a decisive role in the development of the world's economy and foreign trade.According to the national industrial census data in 1995,the number of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises has reached 113315,and the number of small and medium-sized enterprises has been 99%.The proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises in foreign trade also accounts for nearly 70% of the total export.In February 19,2014,the State Council decided to amend the 8 administrative regulations,such as the company registration management regulations,the regulations for the registration of enterprise juridical persons,and abolish 2 administrative regulations,so as to ensure that the reform is carried out according to law.In March 1st of the same year,the reform of the industrial and commercial registration system started in the whole country,marking the official opening of the reform of the commercial system in China.From the market access,the reform will facilitate the facilitation of industrial and commercial registration,liberalized the restrictions on the registered capital,the evidence and the one,and perfect the exit mechanism of the enterprise.Strengthen the supervision after the event,establish the system of enterprise publicity,promote information sharing and coordination supervision.We should optimize the service,strengthen the construction of the market environment and support the development of small and micro enterprises.According to the State Administration of industry and commerce,since the reform of commercial system,the State Council has launched many reforms,such as entrepreneurship,mass innovation,decentralization and property rights system.The advantages of these policies greatly stimulate the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of the people,causing the number of small and medium-sized enterprises to increase sharply.According to the statistics of the General Administration for Industry and commerce,since the reform of the commercial system,the number of newly registered small and medium-sized enterprises has increased by more than 23% per year.These new small and medium-sized enterprises have also become the reservoir of employment,small and micro enterprises become the main force of employment,and 69.64% of the employees under 10.The reform of the commercial system has a great role in promoting the development of small and micro enterprises.Since 2012,China's economy has entered a new normal state.In the transformation and upgrading of the external demand,the loss of the internal labor cost advantage,the excess capacity overcapacity,the shortage of resources and so on,the pressure of the economic downturn has increased greatly.Forcing the economy to shift from investment driven to innovation driven.From the low end to the high-end development,China's economy has begun to transform and upgrade.Under the background of the supply side reform under the state structure adjustment and development,small and medium-sized enterprises have accelerated their transformation and upgrading,and are actively engaged in the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Some of the small and medium-sized enterprises are small enterprises,and some are small and micro enterprises engaged in foreign trade.According to the Ministry of industry and information,"small and medium-sized enterprise classification standard",the company size is between 1-50 people,operating income below 5 million can be called small and micro enterprises.TW import and export trading company is one of the small and micro enterprises of this kind of foreign trade.Since its establishment,TW has been in operation for nearly 10 years.During the past 10 years,the domestic and foreign business environment has also undergone unprecedented changes,and there have been profound changes in the global financial crisis and domestic industrial structure adjustment.These changes have also brought a great impact to foreign trade enterprises.Especially,some small and micro foreign trade enterprises feel more deeply about the changes of the external environment.In order to adapt to the progress of the times and the change of business environment,TW has also changed from a single export trade to import and export,and has tried some other ways of business expansion and transformation and upgrading.But in the process of transformation,there are many puzzles and challenges.This paper will take TW company as an example,using literature research method and survey interview method to analyze the difficulties encountered in its transformation process.The current situation and business process are analyzed,and SWOT is used to analyze the status and difficulties of TW company.In order to break through the difficulties,TW began to transform its business ideas and adjust its operation mode,and try to transform the foreign trade agency and integrate the enterprises to the front and back businesses according to their own realistic environment and limited resources,and stabilize themselves as an indispensable part of the supply chain.TW is trying the transformation path method and the problems encountered also provide reference for other small and micro foreign trade enterprises that are changing or preparing for transformation.
