The current manufacturing market has changed from the traditional competition based on ability to the time-based competition.The shortening of the order delivery cycle has been regarded as the third source of competitive advantage in addition to.marketing and reducing consumption.People no longer rely on the accurate prediction of mass production and inventory,but to build and increase in the rapid response ability of investment through ability,namely the order oriented to design their own operations,management process and inventory and capacity planning.As the research background of LT company,order delivery cycle is the core part of the whole order cycle,and it is very important to the formation of enterprise competitiveness.Firstly,TOC,system dynamics,BSC put forward a new method to improve CBT method,focus on the details of the implementation steps of argument,principle,characteristics and application of the CBT method,the core of CBT is to establish the index tree of business management model based on topic.Secondly,in order to use the CBT method of LT company in order to enhance the project implementation of the project implementation as a case in detail on how to use the CBT method to implement the LT method to improve the process.Finally,through the analysis of ERP company's LT system to improve the order shipment data before and after the implementation of the effectiveness of the method,to improve after LT company in order to improve the efficiency of the delivery of 20%.The contribution of this paper is using the CBT method to explore business order delivery problem for enterprises to understand the advantages of simple implementation,enterprise application index tree model directly is very strong,can quickly and accurately find the enterprise influence the delivery of orders and improve the main bottleneck point;and the index tree model can quickly copy the application to similar peer peer enterprises.
