With the rapid development of communication industry,the competitive landscape of mobile agent is changing in our country.For example,the direct supply model for the mobile phone manufacturers is strengthening and the tende of channels flat is further exacerbated.The rise of retail and the development of logistics and information systems have gradually weakened the functions of the distributors.The development of the Internet makes mobile phone sales change from offline to online.Being subsidized by carriers declines which prompted the terminal manufacturers and platforms to change.Mobile agents will face more and more intense market competition.How to face the competition and how to deal with competition is an important problem facing to mobile agents.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the existing channel environment of the mobile agents,combining with the practical characteristics of mobile distribution channels.Then study the way to build and develop a reasonable system of distribution channels for the mobile agent in the new competitive environment in order to improve enterprise's core competitiveness,achieve sustainable development and provide reference suggestion for the mobile agent to succeed in the competitive market.Right now,the telecommunications operators have setup their own communication terminal management company for implementing terminal professional operation.It is a major channel for telecommunications operators to use its network advantage throughout the country to provide the users with customized mobile phone of telecom operator.Based on this,this article makes a study on the Chinese mobile communications terminal co.LTD.Fujian branch(Hereinafter referred to as CMDC).First,it introduces the development situation of CMDC,the development course of mobile distribution channel,the development course and current situation of distribution channel of CMDC.Then it analyzes the market environment and the existing problems of CMDC by using the analysis method of the external environment analysis matrix of EFE,the analysis matrix of the internal environment of IFE and the SWOT analysis.Then,it further analyzes the six factors of distribution channel selection.In order to solve the problem,it put forward the strategy of distribution channel construction,including the choice of distribution channels and distribution channel management.The choice of distribution channels can adopt the terminal network,improving its own network,extending Internet sales and selective distribution.Management of distribution channels includes the incentive,cooperation and conflict management of the distribution channels and service support,etc.Finally,it put forward the specific implementation of the CMDC.The purpose of this article is to analyze the current situation and existing problems of distribution channels for CMDC and to explore the distribution channel strategy of CMDC in the new market environment.Hope this article can provide reference for the other mobile agents in front of the great changes of competition environment at the same time.
