The Research On Inventory Management Under Supply Chain

Under the reform deeply of Chinese economic system and the condition of economic globalization increasingly,enterprise management faces new environment and challenge in practice,the whole process of management has been put into the horizontal integration of the supply chain(SC).In the enterprise's financial management,inventory management has been changed from the traditional inventory accounting to the inventory management based on the perspective of the SC gradually.In recent years,more and more scholars committed to the inventory management research of the environment of SC,a lot of research promoted the development of the theory.In practice,however,the difference of industries characteristics and enterprise scale put forward different demands on the inventory management method,which shows that the theory is still to be further research and improvement.This paper mainly discusses the inventory management problems,as one of the important contents of the financial management,based on the perspective of SC,with the theory of supply chain inventory management,aims at the industrial features and inventory management model of the small and medium-sized production enterprises,analyzes the present situation and the process of the inventory management of the case company A,mainly uses the ratio analysis and graphical analysis method,through enumerating the longitudinal and transverse comparison,from the aspects such as inventory turnover,operating cost,perspectives problems of inventory management,analyzes the cause of the problems,finally puts forward improvement scheme:to improve the enterprise internal and external environment of SC;lower reserve order proportion,improves the forecasting method to increase forecast accuracy,sets effective changing period of order and to properly implement the principle of a single supplier to reduce dead stock;employ the model of suppliers participating in product innovation and combine credit term with cash discount method,in order to reduce the operating cost and improve the gross profit margin;improves the sharing IT platform.The Aim of this paper is to improve the efficiency of inventory management,and reduce the costs,and contribute for the enterprise or the similar enterprise's benign development.This paper includes three parts below:The first part consists of Chapter 1 Introduction,Chapter 2 the theory of supply chain inventory management and Chapter 3 expound and comparison the mode of supply chain inventory management.This section analyzes the related works about the supply chain inventory management,then,expound and comparison the mode of supply chain inventory management.The second part is made of the fourth chapter the analysis of inventory management for company A and the fifth chapter improvement plan.This part studies the practical application based on company A,mainly analyzes the situation and existing problems of inventory management,and put forward the improvement scheme.The third part is consists of Chapter 6 the expected effect of the improving for company A and the conclusion.Mainly expounds the periodic effect and focuses the important problems during implementation,and gets a brief summary of the main content of this article,then puts forward the shortcomings.
