The influence of postal distribute chain in rural area has been increased, but the problems on supply inventory management also followed increasingly outstanding, especially the stock quantity and the expired goods have been increasing ceaselessly.For the traditional enterprise, the inventory control theory is more confined to the reduction Of logistics cost; but for the chain store , the sales order is generated independently by each store At the end of the chain., regional centers have the demand to adding the storage at any time. How to make the distribution decision by each store's order after the batch order have been made is the problems.
