With the deepening of the country's “Inclusive Finance” policy,the retail credit business has gradually transformed into a top priority for the development of various financial institutions.Therefore,it is necessary to change the concept in time and build a new retail credit development strategy,that is,to thoroughly analyze the problems in its own business processes,integrate offline business channels,simplify customer access standards and optimize business operation processes,and improve business operation efficiency.China Postal Savings Bank's position is to be the best retail bank because of its inherent advantages in a wide range of outlets.As a late starter,the large-scale retail commercial banks are not only providing basic financial services for agriculture,rural areas and farmers.At the same time,it meets the needs of retail and intermediary businesses in urban communities and rural residents.Since the establishment of the Chaoyang Branch of the Postal Savings Bank Chaoyang Branch on March 14,2018,it has always been "the people are too subtle,I am rather cumbersome;not seeking for profits,but seeking stability" business philosophy,to contribute to the service of urban and rural residents.Compared with the Bank of China,Agriculture,Industry,and Construction,the Postal Savings Bank was founded late.It is a young commercial bank and is currently in a critical period of transition.How to improve market competitiveness and gain wide recognition is particularly important.Optimizing the current retail credit business process and fundamentally improving the bank's overall business management level is a powerful way to increase market competitiveness.This article mainly uses industrial engineering methods to analyze the current retail credit business process and its organizational structure of Chaoyang Branch of the Postal Savings Bank of China,and explores the key factors that restrict the development of the current business.Based on this,the BPR theory is applied to the Chaoyang Post Bank of Chaoyang.The branch retail credit business process proposes an optimization plan.Firstly,the background and significance of the research on business process optimization were introduced.Several research methods were briefly introduced and the ideas of the research contents were proposed.The theoretical basis of this research was the optimization of business processes.Secondly,through the introduction of the status quo of the retail credit business process management of the Chaoyang Branch of the Postal Savings Bank,we analyzed in depth from the business perspective what problems existed in the current process management,and used the 5W1 H method to summarize the causes of the problems;again,we identified the business process.The principles and objectives of the optimization,the selection of appropriate methods,and the design of the various aspects of the business process optimization program are based on this.Finally,the safeguard measures that the process optimization can be implemented on the ground are proposed,that is,the information system and supporting mechanisms must be guaranteed.The simultaneous implementation of three aspects of human resources and funds.This paper draws on the advanced experience of domestic and foreign peers in the current period and combines with the actual situation of the retail credit business process at the current stage,and proposes applying the “credit factory” business process model to the business process optimization of the Chaoyang Branch of the Postal Bank of China.Through the use of process optimization ideas and the full use of information technology,the traditional business processes will be upgraded and improved to improve the efficiency and quality of the entire process from the acceptance of applications to business completion.Through the optimization of this business process,not only upgraded the existing retail retail credit system of the Chaoyang Branch of the Postal Savings Bank,it has improved the internal work efficiency of the company and improved customer satisfaction.It has also helped the Chaoyang Branch of the Postal Savings Bank Chaoyang Branch compete in the local interbank market.Leading position is laid. |
