In recent years,with the cloud computing,mobile Internet and other new technologies and the development of the network,mass data generation and circulation become a normalcy.Although the e-commerce industry has been fully enter the daily life of consumers,business operations and government affairs management after thirty-eight years' development,there have appeared in a number of risky issues affecting the healthy development of society.Data management,as the basis for the development of e-commerce,provides technical support for the daily operation of e-commerce economic unit.Its quality has a direct impact on the success or failure of e-commerce.In this context,big data as a new technology and ideas,overcome all exist technologies,is considered as a new-fashioned and effective means of data management.Innovative data management platform,which is relying on big data technology,will become a new engine to help the development of e-commerce industry.This paper first describes the definition of big data and the relevant content of e-commerce,and combine with reading the current domestic and foreign scholars' or research institutions' research data in e-commerce data management and big data technology,to analyze the basic concepts,technical principles,data model and data management ability of Internet big data technology.In addition,combined with the current problems of e-commerce activities,this paper also analyses and studies the innovative models of different e-commerce applications,from the transformation of management ideas to the exploration of new management methods,and summarizes the application value of data-driven management.In the end,focus on introducing the application of Inspur Group's Insight big data solutions on e-commerce industry,this paper analyses the big data capabilities from the three dimensions of big data resource capability,big data analysis ability and big data forecasting ability,and tests the management effect of big data with practical benefit.This paper draws the following conclusions:The e-commerce enterprise uses the traditional data management mode is inefficient,and big data technology fully fit the data characteristics of e-commerce,big data management drive the basic ability to meet the needs of industry development.Case study has also fully proved that big data platform produces an exceed expectation on management capabilities,the pilot platforms have achieved tremendous benefits.Big data management capabilities are not only feasible,but also effective positively in industry application.Therefore,from the perspective of research and practical points of view,applying of big data technology to achieve e-commerce data management is the most appropriate way.Finally,based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to make greater value in the big data management,and points out the limitations of this research and the prospect of future research.
