Thus, Tourism and Cultural industry as the sample of the emerging industry will be quietly growing up, in the meanwhile, Tourism and Cultural industry as the important part of the overall growth of national economic and society is essential. "Tourism" and "culture", these two seemingly different categories of key words are slowly mixed to each other, and forming a new industry which we called The Tourism-culture industry. In recent years, Tourism-culture industries have developed rapidly, and stand an importance role in people’s life, and it related to each of us. When we traveling around, to breath the thousand-year history, to feel the local customs, and to disseminate in unique cultural atmosphere, traveling is no longer a simple to travel, it absolutely becoming more on the culture indeed.Five thousand years of Chinese history has preserved the extensive and profound culture, and the great civilization. The vast land of China with the vast geography environment has been left for us. Although as the famous ‘Yan-Zhao’ land, with a long history, the tourism and culture industry of Hebei province has its special advantages, there are many problems which limit its process. With the background of 21 st century, some factors such as the environment pollution lead to the slowing growth of the steel, chemical and other traditional superior industry in Hebei province, these industries start to update and transit. Thus how to develop the tourism and culture industry of Hebei province and make it better has became one of the most important subject for the people of Hebei. This project is based on the introduction of cultural resources of tourism and culture industry in Hebei province and its development for the in-depth analysis and research, tries to explore the development of the tourism culture industry in Hebei province. To identify our own advantages, insufficient explicitly put forward at the same time, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, then put forward of the feasible strategies of how to develop of tourism and cultural industry in Hebei province, and finally make "travel" and "culture" can achieve the result of "1 + 1 > 2".
