Study On The Development Of Scale Management In Farmers' Co-operatives

The agricultural scale management is the inevitable way and the sign of the modern agricultu re development.The premier Li Keqiang proposed clearly that we should actively develop various forms of appropriate scale of agriculture and improve the support policies for the new agricultura 1 business entities,such as family farms,large farmers,and farmers' professional cooperatives in t wo sessions report in 2016.As an important carrier for the agricultural scale management,the farme r specialized cooperative can promote the agricultural large-scale management.It is useful for the scale economies development which can achieve the effective allocation of land resources and fun ds and efficient use relevant information.The agricultural large-scale management of farmer specia lized cooperatives can improve labor productivity,save capital and improve the output rate and far mers income.Based on the theoretical research of farmer cooperatives and agricultural scale management,accor ding to the basis and current situation of the development of farmer cooperatives in Yaodu Distric t of Linfen City,Shanxi Province,the paper analyzes and studies the business of the agricultural sc ale of farmers' professional cooperatives.The paper puts forward to the problems existing in the d evelopment of farmer's professional cooperatives which include the low comprehensive quality of f armers,the lack of professional talents,the backwardness of the technical level,the rural areas 1 abor force shifted,the high labor cost,the small government support,the lack of funds and the 1 ow value-added products.Accordingly,the paper puts forward some countermeasures for the devel opment of agricultural scale management.We should enhance the cultivation technology level,redu ce the labor cost,effort to improve the rural credit financing market and improve the added value of the product.The paper has a practical guidance to promote the healthy development of farmer s ' professional cooperatives agricultural scale and to improve overall efficiency and competitive ness.
