In recent years,with the Internet as the basis,data resources as the core elements,information technology as the endogenous power,and integration of innovation as the typical feature,the information economy has discarded the old ways of life in favor of the new,and the hereby awakened self-development and the economic benefits brought by the radiation have shown a trend of explosive growth.In particular,the 2016 G20 Hangzhou Summit will set the digital economy as one of the four major actions of the"G20 innovation and growth blueprint",fully embodying and confirming that the information economy in China has increasingly become the inevitable trend of the development of new economy with brilliant prospects.However,with the acceleration of economic globalization and the rapid development of technological innovation,the survival and development environment of enterprises are becoming more and more complicated.Every enterprise,including information economy industry,must constantly adjust its own competitive strategy to improve the innovation ability of enterprises and its enterprise performance,so that the enterprises can always guarantee their own competitive advantages and avoid being eliminated by the community under the uncertainty and changes in the market and industry dynamics.At present,the academic community at home and abroad suggest that the transactive memory system,dynamic capabilities and environmental dynamics have an impact on the performance of enterprise innovation.This thesis,through the review of theoretical research,integrates the transactive memory system,dynamic capabilities,environmental dynamics and innovation performance into a framework,and constructs a new theoretical model to explore the relationship among them to help understand the conduction mechanism and the impact path between variables.Finally,the multivariate regression analysis of 232 valid questionnaires in Zhejiang IT industry was carried out through SPSS software.The results showed that:(1)Each dimension(expertise,credibility,and coordination)of the interactive memory system has a significant positive impact on innovation performance;(2)Dynamic capabilities play a mediating role between transactive memory systems and innovative performance,where dynamic capabilities play a partial mediating role between proficiency and innovation performance,a complete mediating role between creditability and innovation performance,and a partial mediating role between coordination and innovation performance;(3)Environmental dynamics plays a positive moderating role between dynamic capabilities and innovation growth performance;(4)Environmental dynamics regulates the intermediary function of the transactive memory system through the dynamic capabilities to the innovation growth performance.
