An Empirical Study On The Relationship Between Firms' Dynamic Capabilities And Growth Performance

Since the 21 st century,the environment of enterprise survival is complex and changeable: the rapid development of technology,the arrival of the information age and the competitive mode of globalization.In this situation,it is the key to improve enterprise dynamic capability to gain competitive advantage.It is of great significance to study how to improve the dynamic ability.Since Teece first proposed the concept of "dynamic capability" in the study put forward the concept of "dynamic capabilities",to the management theory of enterprise value of the research provides a new train of thought,many scholars have started research on dynamic capabilities.In the study of dynamic capability,the most important is the study of dynamic capability and performance relation,while the influence of dynamic ability on enterprise performance is influenced by other factors.And according to the scholars both at home and abroad related research summary analysis,found that environmental factors are also important variables influencing dynamic capability and enterprise performance relationship,so this article will also be environmental dynamic join the study.However,the exact definition of relevant variables still exists: the previous literature has not been unified in the concept of dynamic capability and the measurement dimension.The study of environmental dynamics is mainly single-dimensional and lacks comprehensiveness.Based on the domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of the theoretical and empirical research on dynamic capabilities,to include environmental dynamics in the study,the dynamic capability is defined as "the enterprise obtaining,integrating,reconstruction of internal and external resources and capabilities of a higher-order ability",dimension is divided into learning ability,ability to integrate,four dimensions reconstruction ability and innovation ability,from a technical dynamics,market dynamics and competitive dynamics measure dynamic environment,three aspects to growth performance measure of enterprise performance.This article adopts the way of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,first through the study of literature,Chinese and western scholars to follow the latest developments in the current study,put forward its own research model,according to the model data were collected for analysis.The specific research methods are literature review,questionnaire survey and data analysis.Empirical,Beijing,Shanghai,zhejiang,guangzhou,shenzhen,hubei and other distribution in north China,southeast coastal and central China,is also economical more developed city high and new technology enterprise as the object,to collect 300 samples to carry on the empirical research,test ability of dynamic effects on growth performance,to explore the relationship between dynamic capabilities and growth performance under different environment dynamic adjustment.Through descriptive statistical analysis,exploratory factor analysis,Reliability validity test,correlation analysis and regression analysis,this paper validates the proposed hypothesis.The following conclusions are drawn from data analysis and discussion: integration ability,reconstruction ability and innovation ability have positive influence on growth performance.The three aspects of environmental dynamics have a moderating effect on the relationship between the integration ability and the growth performance,and the adjustment of other dimensions of dynamic ability and growth performance is not significant.When the environment is more dynamic,the enterprise with strong integration ability can gain sustainable competitiveness.The innovation of this article is research on dynamic capabilities and enterprise performance relationship,the introduction of the previous mentioned environmental dynamics as regulating variable,and the environment dynamic segmentation technology dynamics,market dynamics and competitive dynamics,a more detailed analysis of the enterprise in the face of different changes in the environment will be affected.According to the empirical test results of the paper,two Suggestions are put forward: first,to improve the enterprise's attention to the cultivation and development of dynamic capability;Second,enterprises should develop dynamic ability according to different environmental dynamics.
