As the economic globalization, the rapid development of information science andtechnology, and rapidly changing of environment, the task is become more and morecomplicated, so that the team operation model has been adopted by more and moreorganizations. Team as an important mechanism, it can be combined the knowledgefrom different members into the collective knowledge. Such restructuring will coverdifferent areas, special skill or knowledge of ability and resources; this is often whatthe individual does not have. Therefore, how to realize the effective configuration ofteam members to achieve the result of the whole is greater than the sum of it, hasbecome a hot topic in recent years. And how to uttermost improve team members’work performance and improve team performance has become an important problemin the research of theory and practice. Transactive memory system as a teamknowledge management system can help team members to understand othersexpertise and skills, it has an important implications to improve the level of enterpriseteam performance.This research from the view of knowledge management, on the basis of sharedmental models, from the many factors that affect team performance, this study selectthe transactive memory system that can embodied knowledge storage and extractionmechanism within the team as a research starting point. This model including threevariables, which is the transactive memory system, knowledge integration and teamperformance. It mainly discusses the impact of transactive memory system on theenterprise team performance, and the intermediary role of knowledge integrationbetween them. This study conducted a questionnaire survey to enterprise knowledgeindividual team members as the research object, finally received223validquestionnaires. While the paper uses the SPSS17.0Software, through correlationanalysis, factors analysis and regression analysis and other statistical methods tovalidate the model assumptions.The data analysis results show that the three dimensions of the transactivememory system, expertise, credibility, coordination have different significant effecton team performance, coordination and team performance has the strongestcorrelation in this three dimensions; knowledge integration play a mediation rolebetween transactive memory system and team performance. And this research alsomake a further discussed the inner mechanism of interactions between variables.Come out that the transactive memory system as a vertical team knowledgeprocessing system and the knowledge conformity system, can make the team overall stock of knowledge obtain an effective promotion and utilize. Finally, this study putforward five suggestions, that are strengthen the cultivation and training of talents;pay attention to personnel training; create a mechanism of coordinate communicationbetween team members; create atmosphere of trust and cooperation between teammembers and promote the formation of the team transactive memory system andimprove the ability of team knowledge integration.
